About us

At NextGen Physio™, our mission is simple: to help you take control of your pain and reclaim the life you’re meant to live. That mission began with our founder, Heather Wilson. For decades, Heather lived with severe, chronic arthritis — pain so intense it often left her unable to get out of bed, close her hand, or climb a single flight of stairs. Despite trying countless treatments, medications, and therapies, the pain persisted — robbing her of time, movement, and the quality of life she knew she deserved.

But Heather refused to settle for a life defined by limits. Driven by determination and fueled by years of referrals, research, and clinical exploration, she began developing a practical, evidence-based methodology that focused on movement, nervous system regulation, and modern therapeutic technologies. Over time, this approach helped her move past the pain — not just manage it — and begin living fully again.

Today, Heather is proud to say she lives pain-free. And it’s from that lived experience — and relentless pursuit of relief — that NextGen Physio™ was born.

Our Philosophy

We believe that:

  • Pain is real, even when the cause isn’t visible on a scan

  • Relief is possible, even after years of struggle

  • The best outcomes happen when science, compassion, and personalized care come together

Whether you’ve just started to feel discomfort, or you’ve lived with chronic pain for years — we’re here to listen, support, and walk with you every step of the way.

A Legacy of Care

Our family has been deeply rooted in the medical and biotech fields for nearly three decades. We understand the importance of staying at the forefront of innovation — but we also know that healing is human.

At NexGen Physio, we bridge clinical precision with empathetic, patient-first care, giving you the tools, education, and confidence to move forward.

Let Us Help You Begin Again

Whether you're navigating arthritis, recovering post-surgery, or living with pain that no one has fully explained — we see you.
